Here are some tips:-

1. Be more realistic

In today’s world people are more fake than real. So just channelize the emerging in creating rather than on people focus. 

2. Create more good people on your side.

A person who has a good vibe can help you in getting more progress then a person who just wants to create drama. So choose people with positive energy rather than negative energy .

3. Share your Voice and Thoughts

Thoughts and Voice are important as they can help in knowing people what is going on in one’s mind. So  be more empathetic and try to clarify the reasons and build good relations with those that need you or help you.
